One staff member for every 30-40 guests, depending on the party type and location. The amount of staff will vary party to party. One waitstaff member is the norm for house parties, that includes buffet style meals and passed appetizers.
One grill specialist for every 50 guests. Our grill specialists are usually a waiter or waitresses that have grill experience. We recommend that the grilling be limited to basic grilling items. For specialized grilled items, we recommend you speak with your caterer.
A minimum of one bartender is required for every 50 to 70 guests.Additional bartenders may be needed to serve mixed, blended or special drinks or for high volume of guests in a short period of time, To keep the bar stocked, servers / barbacks also may be needed.
Host / Hostesses
Greet your guests warmly, take coats / jackets and show them to the entertainment area. The Host or Hostess cares for your guests from the moment they arrive, and may include refilling beverages or other light duties.
For the guests sitting down and having dinner, you will require a minimum of one waiter or waitress per 8-12 seat tables. To serve wine, water or juices to your guests, additional waitstaff may be required.For every four to six waitstaff team members, a service captain is needed.
One Personal Chef for approximately every 10 people, minimum of 4 hours. You are responsible for food costs as well per hour cost for labor. The Chef will prepare a light fare menu: light appetizer, ensalada of your choice,1 meat protein entrée (or Vegetarian), 2 side dishes of your choice, 1 Frozen dessert option.Chef may be utilized as a Raw Bar attendant.

Our bridal or personal assistant can assist the bride or groom during your special day. We are available in 4 hour blocks to ensure your day is memorable and worry free.
